FOH/BOH Hybrid Position

We seek talented workers with 3+ years of experience to join our crew to open our taproom on Portland’s east side.

We value a keen understanding of hospitality, and professionalism - accountability, confidence, curiosity, diligence, emotional intelligence, and productivity. As well as offering table service and serving beer, all employees must prep, assemble sandwiches and salads, plate prepared foods, clear tables, wash dishes, etc. The ability to learn and communicate the unique details of our story and offerings is a must.

 3-5 weekly shifts plus fill-ins as necessary. Nights, Weekends, some holidays are mandatory. Must have current OLCC servers permit and Oregon Food Handlers card.

 Safe knife skills, a steady temperament, the ability to closely follow recipes, guidelines and procedures, a dedication to cleanliness, sanitation and the capability to lift 50 lbs unassisted are required.

This is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement.
