Pizzeria Otto will be serving five Rosenstadt beers, including two new releases - Dunkel (Dark Lager) and Fünf Null Drei (German IPA), and on Friday June 8, will tap a special Anstich (gravity pour) barrel of Rosenstadt Kölsch.
Pizzeria Otto is offering daily specials, including Rosenstadt-inspired flammkuchen. Flammkuchen (aka Tarte flambée)is indigenous to southern Germany; a very thin flatbread, covered with a number of toppings, typically onions, cream, and bacon lardons - perfect with an icy brew.
Rosenstadt is incredibly proud to be a featured purveyor/partner of Pizzeria Otto. Pizzeria Otto was the first repeat customer of Rosenstadt and we have been on tap since our first delivery in September 2015.
